What we publish

The directory lists businesses established in Quebec, sorted by region and by sector. A listing may be submitted by the business itself or assembled from public information; a listing claimed by its owner carries a note saying so.

The editorial side publishes business news, practical features, and articles on artificial intelligence and social media. Each one is written for someone with a business to run, not for a search engine.

How we verify

Dated facts are checked at the source before publication, and sources are cited at the foot of each article with the date they were consulted. When a claim in circulation does not survive that check, we do not publish it — and sometimes we say why.

The figures we give about the directory itself are counted in our database, not rounded up.

Guest articles

We accept articles signed by people who do the work. Each is reviewed and approved before publication, and carries a note to that effect. Since 2026, a guest article must come with a photo of its author and a biographical note, and every author has their own page.

How the site is funded

Listing in the directory is free. The site is funded by advertising and by affiliate links: as an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases, at no additional cost to you.

An affiliate link or an ad does not buy a place in the directory or a mention in an article. Editorial content is decided independently of what funds it.
